OUR CHALLENGE
CoreValve; the developer of a transcatheter, transfemoral aortic valve replacement product, has recently been added to Medtronic’s cardiovascular product portfolio. This non-surgical alternative offers a large number of high surgical risk patients an opportunity to have their aortic valves replaced using a catheter inserted through an artery in the groin. This procedure does not need surgeons to perform a sternotomy. You will be primarily based out or Dutch office. Within this position you will work closely together with proctors (experienced interventional cardiologists and/or cardiac surgeons) during their first phase of training, for approximately 15 cases.
