Cooper Surgical (CSI) is een globale, beursgenoteerde, Amerikaanse onderneming. met een gevarieerd portfolio van producten en diensten gericht op de gezondheid, vruchtbaarheid en diagnostiek van vrouwen.
Vanuit Venlo wordt vanaf 'scratch' af aan een nieuwe logistieke operatie opgestart van waaruit hun producten aan professionals in de gezondheidszorg en instellingen worden beleverd.

(Junior) European Service Technician (M/V, Fulltime)

Functieomschrijving (inclusief taken en verantwoordelijkheden)

After an intensive training of 5-6 months, your role will be to provide the customers and other Service Technicians with the most effective support possible, resolving product and software issues remotely as well as in the field, coordinating the return of products for review, service and repair. You do this not only by email and telephone, but also by visiting customers personally on a regular base.
 
Tasks and responsibilities
 
  • resolving product and software issues remotely (phone/email) in a timely and professional manner
  • travel to customers in order to resolve customer issues on site
  • maintain product knowledge by carrying out scheduled servicing and installations according to the training schedule for the European Service department
  • accurately and timely log all customer communications and resolution data in the CRM system
  • coordinate customer returns using the RMA returns process as efficiently as possible, keeping the customer updated
  • when needed escalate cases, work orders and RMA’s internally
  • attend occasional meetings with other departments where necessary to assist in service related tasks
  • cooperate in building a knowledge base of product resolution techniques, emails and video’s via the training manager
  • handling and routing of customer and submitted complaint forms (TFR or FWI)

Profiel van geschikte kandidaat

  • if you have just graduated (MBO–HBO) higher electronics, technical, mechanics and/or engineering, this is a fantastic start to your career within a leading company
  • collaborative team player accustomed to working in a measured results oriented environment  emphasising customer satisfaction.
  • good communication and collaboration skills
  • able to react quickly to analyse and solving problems as they occur
