Functieomschrijving (inclusief taken en verantwoordelijkheden)

  • Country focus on our Dutch clients to sell our product-portfolio pro-actively on the phone
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers
  • Provide advisory service to our customers and optimize service quality
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims
  • Processing of customer orders and on-call-contracts by utilizing SAP R3
  • Support of our Key Account Managers in the offer and order processing
  • Handling of customer complaints; drawing up credit notes
  • Maintain CRM customers database and company pricelist
  • Support accounts receivable activity
  • Plan / support local marketing activities and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities
  • Administration of consignment stock's inventories, fill up orders and invoicing
     

Profiel van geschikte kandidaat

  • Technical or commercial apprenticeship respectively studies
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in technical sales
  • Knowledge of thermal spray coating solutions/ flame spray industry is a plus
  • Dutch and English, written and verbal, German is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP R3/BI


Work Location:
Lomm and working occasionally from home possible
