We are looking for an:

HR SERVICE SUPPORT Fulltime (m/f/d)

About the role
You will be working in a varied HR position with tasks of preparing and coordinating onboarding of new employees, coordinating and administating offboarding of employees, payroll and HR administration. Furthermore you will be the first point of contact for all HR inquiries.

What you will do

• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Manage benefits administration, enrollment, compliance reporting and other verifications
• Payroll administration
• Maintaining personnel files
• Creating employment contracts

Functie eisen

• You have at least 3-5 years experience in HR administration
• You are familiar with payroll processes
• You have throrough knowledge about Dutch labour law
• You are fluent in English and German, Dutch is a plus
• Experience with Afas would be an advantage

The location
Our headquarters and logistics centre are located in Sevenum in the Netherlands near the German border. Other locations are in Tongeren (Belgium), Berlin and Cologne, where employees are employed in marketing, sales and IT.
